How to use lipo 6

• Initially: 2 capsules a day, 1 before breakfast and another half an hour before lunch;
• From day 3 you can increase the dose to 3 capsules daily: 2 before breakfast and 1 half hour before lunch.

To increase energy and stamina, one can take 2 capsules half an hour before physical activity. But you should never take more than 3 capsules a day as it is harmful to your health.

Lipo 6 is best used in cycles. The suggested cycle duration is 8 weeks followed by a 1 week cycle without the product.

Side effects of lipo 6

Tachycardia, insomnia, headache, shaking, sweating.

Contraindications of lipo 6

Lipo 6 should not be taken by individuals taking cholesterol-lowering medications, diabetes or MAOI inhibitor medications, antidepressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, including, but not limited to, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric disorders, difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, increased of the prostate or glaucoma.
