- itching;
- desquamation;
- may form balls and crusts.

Treatment for the crisis of atopic dermatitis is done with the use of oral antihistamines and corticosteroid-based creams. It is also recommended to drink plenty of fluids and have well-moisturized skin (use moisturizers daily), as well as avoid the triggers of dermatitis.
