Treatment for Early Alzheimer's
Treatment for early Alzheimer's should be instituted as soon as possible to help decrease the symptoms and prevent the progression of the disease. The individual can benefit from a healthy diet, practice of physical exercises and knowledge about the disease and its limitations.
On average, the lifetime of the individual with Alzheimer's is approximately 10 to 15 years after the diagnosis of the disease but the sooner the disease is discovered, the better the prognosis.
